Scheduling

Dr. Rahmani is available by appointment only. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you as soon as possible. To expedite your initial visit please fill out our Required New Patient Forms. This will help our office have your medical history and insurance information ready and reviewed before your visit.

Insurance Information

Our staff will do everything necessary to get you reimbursed for the treatment provided. Our insurance coordinator deals with many insurance companies and will fill out and submit forms for our patients. Our office will submit all your claims electronically, which expedites your reimbursement much faster. Many insurance companies will not give out reimbursement fees until after treatment is completed. If you have any question please call Manhattan Periodontics and Implant Dentistry any time and we are here to help you with any financial concerns you may have.

We strive to continuously provide the best care available anywhere in the world on a daily basis regardless of insurance involvement.

As a benefit to you, we submit all claims for patient reimbursement by assisting you in taking full advantage of your benefits so you can be properly reimbursed.

Payment Policy

Our fees are based on the exceptional skill, time, judgment, professional care, and office environment provided by Dr. Navid Rahmani and the entire team.

For your convenience, we accept cash, checks and most major credit cards; in addition, we can offer our patients several financing options through CareCredit, Wells Fargo, and more. With these plans, you can make convenient monthly payments that fit within your budget, turning the oral health you have always wanted into reality.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to Dr.Rahmani, Associates and to other patients that may want your scheduled appointment time, give the office a minimum of 48 hours notice if you are not able to keep your appointment.

1. If an appointment was canceled or rescheduled without giving the office at least 48 hours’ notice, please remember there will be a late cancellation fee of $75 for a hygiene (periodontal cleaning) appointment and FULL AMOUNT OF PRODUCTION for a surgery appointment. Not coming without any notice to an appointment (no-show) will also be considered as late cancellation.

2. If an appointment with Dr. Rahmani and/or Associates that are scheduled to take 2 hours or more, please give at least 7 days’ notice in order to not be charged a late cancellation fee as stated above.
